Cancellation Policy

To book appointment In-House and Mobile Services **Payments are non-refundable and required via booking. If payments are not received your appointment will be cancelled. ** (Oncology Services Only) For mobile Oncology Services please email, text, or call to schedule the Date and Time. Once your date and time has been confirmed, Pure Spa will e-mail you a confirmation. Payment: Paypal, Clover POS (Accept business checks only. There is a $100 fee for any business check that is returned.) Cancellations and Refunds (studio and mobile) If you must cancel for any reason, the following refund policy applies: 1. For Cancellations you will be able to rebook within 30 days. No-Shows must rebook with a $25 fee. 2.In the event of inclement weather, serious illness or any other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel appointment and offer an alternative date if available or refund your deposit.
